Drawing on 30 years as a leader in the major events industry internationally and locally, most recently at the helm of the Adelaide Showground – Grant brings a wealth of knowledge in event management, commercial operations and leadership.
Combined with his ongoing position as an Elected Member in local government, commencing in 2010, he leads at Executive Management and Board level with extensive experience across strategic planning, financial and commercial policy, risk and compliance & event management.
Grant has a profound understanding of the strategic and financial planning required to develop successful events and businesses. His valuable insights in venue and event development, visitor, sponsor & contractor engagement, marketing and risk management, are regularly sought out by leaders in industry and Government alike.
Establishing Teddington Consulting Pty Ltd in 2022, Grant now shares his extensive expertise and know-how to provide informed, practical and reliable guidance and consultancy services, to not only deliver a better bottom line and more sustainable risk profile, but ultimately, better outcomes for their stakeholders.
